Will has 18 years’ experience in the technology and the cloud industry. He has served as VP of global sales for Concentrix Customer Interaction Technology group, Built the global public sector Amazon Contact Center business, and led several Go-To-Market efforts at Cisco Systems. He lives in Southwest Florida with his wife Shauna, who is a Pediatric and Neuro - Ophthalmologist, and their son. They are active in giving back and fundraising for the Florida Lions Eye Clinic, Duke Universities Tisch Brain Tumor Center, and The Animal Rescue Foundation of North Dallas.
