Barbara Negron is a Senior Director of Embedded Finance at FIS, responsible for go to market activities and delivery for FIS Embedded Finance Platform including BaaS. Barbara is a seasoned business leader who brings a level of expertise across multiple areas of development including implementation, sales, and delivery. She is responsible for driving growth across cross-functional teams. With over 15+ years’ experience in financial technology, Barbara joined FIS in 2019 as a Sr. Product Manager. She is certified in Pragmatic Marketing and SAFe Product Management. She helped develop and chairs the Hispanic/Latinx Inclusion Network in FIS. On a personal note, her passion is in mentoring and working with the next generation of talent.
