Kelli leads the Americas Data Strategy team working with AWS customers to transform their businesses using data, analytics and machine learning. Kelli is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of data and analytics experience across a wide variety of functions including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and contact center management where she used insights to drive improved customer experiences, revenue, and cost productivity outcomes. Kelli's experience also includes creating analytics programs from establishing strategy, building stakeholder alignment, creating and enabling teams down to project execution and support. Given she has spent considerable time in industry CPG roles along with software start-up positions, Kelli intimately understands the challenges facing customers from a people, process, and technology perspective and actively partners with them to unlock business value and sustain momentum.

Yiannis is a NYC-based technologist and leader with over 20 years of global experience in the financial, technology, consulting and healthcare industries. He has served as Head of Data, AI and Cloud practices in the consulting industry, as Head of Technology in the asset management industry, as management consultant in the banking, insurance, asset & wealth management and healthcare industries, as technical architect, project manager, development and infrastructure manager in major financial firms in the US and Europe, and as founder & CTO of a Data & AI-focused consulting firm. Major organizations in his tenure include Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, AIG, Pacific Global Advisors, EY, and Risk Focus. His work spans the breadth of the Data, Analytics, AI and ML areas and focuses on driving business value through the use of technology.

About the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) COG is a regional organization of Washington area local governments. COG is comprised of 21 local governments surrounding our nation's capital, plus area members of the Maryland and Virginia legislatures, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives. COG provides a focus for action and develops sound regional responses to such issues as the environment, affordable housing, economic development, health and family concerns, human services, population growth, public safety, and transportation. Founded in 1957, COG is an independent, nonprofit association. It is supported by financial contributions from its participating local governments, federal and state grants and contracts, and donations from foundations and the private sector. Policies are set by the full membership acting through its board of directors, which meets monthly to discuss area issues.
