Accountable for the delivery of the enterprise portfolio across Enterprise API’s and Enterprise Data Integration to support Operational Data requirements; Key accomplishments include: >Executing on the Data access and publishing strategy as part of the overall Enterprise Data Strategy to simplify the environment and reduce Total Cost of Ownership. > Building a two-year roadmap for a new strategic program within Service Operations to deliver a Management Operations System (MOS) in alignment with the business case. >Leading the Delivery of the MOS Product - To measure KPI’s, coach, and clear barriers for the Service Operations team to improve efficiency by 5% annually beginning in 2021. > Driving the adoption of DevOps practices and an Automation First and Cloud-First approach to lower the unit cost of Data Integration work by 10% >Leading to an improvement in delivery velocity by 15% and quality improvement by 10% by implementing an “Experience Led Agile” process based on Scaled Agile across Data Integration teams that provided a clear road map for strategic business initiatives while delivering business value in increments
