Kelli leads the Americas Data Strategy team working with AWS customers to transform their businesses using data, analytics and machine learning. Kelli is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of data and analytics experience across a wide variety of functions including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and contact center management where she used insights to drive improved customer experiences, revenue, and cost productivity outcomes. Kelli's experience also includes creating analytics programs from establishing strategy, building stakeholder alignment, creating and enabling teams down to project execution and support. Given she has spent considerable time in industry CPG roles along with software start-up positions, Kelli intimately understands the challenges facing customers from a people, process, and technology perspective and actively partners with them to unlock business value and sustain momentum.

Anamitra serves as Global Alliance Solutions Lead, Cloud Solutions and is at the interface of Merkle’s Data, Analytics, and Technology practices to design viable and profitable solutions on partner clouds for Merkle’s clients. He is also responsible for designing GTM strategies for Merkle capabilities and solutions on partner cloud ecosystems as well as training plans on partner cloud tech and tools. Prior to this role, Anamitra had led the analytics practice for servicing Merkle’s BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical. and has been the lead data science solution designer and analytics engagement lead for many of Merkle’s marquee clients, including, GEICO, AAA Life, MetLife, The Hartford, Protective Life, Zurich Insurance (Japan), Farmers Insurance, Regions Bank, PNC Bank, BBVA Compass, M&T Bank, Bank of America, Social Finance, Regions Bank, and Morgan Stanley, to name a few. Prior to joining Merkle in 2009, Anamitra spent almost 10 years with Experian’s Decision Analytics and Marketing Solutions Groups, with half of them as a senior Strategic Consultant, responsible for guiding analytic CRM strategies for some of Experian's largest strategic clients across various verticals, notably, Insurance and Wealth Management, Financial, Retail, CPG, Travel & Entertainment, Publishing/Media and Automotive. Anamitra had authored white papers on data and content strategy and integration of offline and online data for CRM and targeting, and has also spoken at DMA's annual conferences and Predictive Analytics World (PAW) conferences on advanced segmentation strategies. Anamitra’s invention on a targeting methodology for ‘thin file and no hit’ credit consumers (marketed as ChoiceScore SM by Experian Marketing Services) has been awarded a US Patent (#8738515). Anamitra has undergraduate degrees in Physics and Graduate degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics from New Delhi, India, and University of Cambridge, UK.
